Infertility is a journey that no one signed up for. When you're ready to grow your family while others seem to do it effortlessly, it's heartbreaking and isolating. But you're far from alone. Infertility affects 1 in 6 people worldwide, and when combined with financial, medical, or life challenges, the road to parenthood can feel impossibly steep. I'm here to walk alongside you through this journey: whether trying to conceive naturally, IVF/IUI, considering donors/surrogacy, healing from pregnancy loss, exploring other ways to build your family, or deciding if and when you want to become a parent.
If building the family you dreamed of feels out of reach, you might be feeling new and painful emotions—hopelessness, anger, grief, depression, loss, or questioning your life's purpose and future. I draw from both clinical and lived experience to support families of all shapes and sizes in navigating this intensely personal experience with resilience and self-compassion.

In my therapy room, you don’t have to hold it all together. This is a place where you can be real, show up as you are, and face the ups and downs of this uniquely challenging time. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can express yourself fully—even the messy, imperfect parts that make you human.
As a second-career therapist, I spent two decades in the corporate world and know firsthand how living in an achievement-focused culture—where the message is “if you work hard enough, you can achieve anything”—can clash with the realities of infertility and family-building. I am honored to support you in reclaiming what this journey often challenges—your emotional well-being, relationships, intimacy, peace of mind, and the capacity to find hope and joy even amid uncertainty.
I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #156220) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #19950) in the state of California. I practice under the supervision of Dr. Anna Nedelisky.
