Let's Get to Know One Another

approach to our work

Life is full of wonder and struggle for all of us.   I became a psychologist because I am passionate about helping people to live life to the best of their abilities.

I specialize in working with kids, teens and adults through the various challenges that strike at these ages and stages.  Whether it is the need for additional emotional support and validation, someone to just listen, managing stress, exploration of identity issues, or clarification about a new direction (career, relationship or otherwise), therapy can help.

My job is to help you develop the skills and insight to improve your life in meaningful ways.  Our work together will be collaborative, but also goal-oriented.  We will use tools and insights from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology therapeutic approaches.  I will offer feedback, support and insight, and I will encourage you to gradually integrate changes into your daily life.
