Now offering Teletherapy so that we can support you in the midst of COVID-19
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has over 12 years of individual psychotherapy and neuropsychological / psychoeducational testing experience in both California and New York City. I became a psychologist because I am passionate about helping people to live life to the best of their abilities.
Life is full of wonder and struggle for all of us. I specialize in working with tweens, teens and adults through the various challenges that strike at these ages and stages. Whether it is the need for additional emotional support and validation, someone to just listen, exploration of identity issues, or clarification about a new direction (career, relationship or otherwise), therapy can help.
My job is to help you develop the skills and insight to improve your life in meaningful ways. Our work together will be collaborative, but also goal-oriented. We will use tools and insights from CBT , DBT, psychodynamic and positive psychology therapeutic approaches. I will offer feedback, support and insight, and I will encourage you to gradually integrate changes into your daily life.
