Hannah Livianu (she/her) is a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of California. She is practicing under the supervision of Dr. Anna Nedelisky.
Hannah supports teens, adults, and families in strengthening their emotional well-being, relationships, and finding balance during times of uncertainty and change. She also specializes in working with anxiety, depression, stress management, and supporting emerging adults as they explore their identities and navigate the transition to independence.
Hannah strives to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients can express
themselves openly— including all the messy, imperfect parts that make each of us unique. She
encourages her clients to embrace vulnerability, authenticity, presence, and self-compassion as they
work toward their goals.
Hannah believes that meaningful connections with others are at the heart of our happiness and quality of life. She is passionate about supporting clients and their families in building fulfilling relationships in a fast-paced world where social and communication norms are constantly evolving.
In the therapy room, Hannah tailors her approach to meet each client’s individualized needs, drawing
from evidence-based practices including psychodynamic therapy, family systems, relational approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness- and acceptance-based modalities.
Before joining Clinical Psychology Solutions, Hannah spent nearly two decades in the corporate
technology world. Through this experience, she came to understand how overwhelming the pressure to keep up, perform, and achieve can be. She recognizes that the demands of school, work, family,
relationships, fear of failure, and identity conflicts can become a heavy burden — making it difficult to
feel present and true to oneself.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys running, biking, skiing, and exploring the outdoors. She also cherishes time with her family—which includes a Great Dane and a flock of chickens.
