Dr. Nedelisky specializes in working with kids (age 8 and up), teens and adults in therapy to reduce anxiety and stress, improve mood, and build a life worth living. She also does neuropsychological & psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, and psychological/personality functioning.
Dr. Nedelisky uses tools from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic and Positive Psychology therapeutic approaches to teach her clients new skills for more effective living, and to help them to gain insight into their challenges and goals. The combination of new skills/tools and insight enables her clients to make desired change(s) in their life that stick.
In her free-time, she loves to spend time with her husband and three kids, cook, laugh and be outside.
Dr. Chiang specializes in working with teens and adults to reduce anxiety/stress and improve mood. Having worked closely with immigrants in her previous career, Dr. Chiang believes that people’s identities and difficulties must be understood in the context of their family, community, and larger culture and society. She is skilled in the use of CBT, DBT-informed, ACT, CPT and Time-limited Psychodynamic Therapy (TLDP).
She offers individual therapy with adolescents and adults in English or Mandarin, and psychoeducational evaluations in English.
She is practicing as a Registered Psychological Assistant under the license and supervision of Dr. Anna Nedelisky (PSY 26298).
